Sophia Martinez-Ortiz

Sophia Martinez-Ortiz is a Puerto Rican-born performer currently based in Central Florida. She fell in love with the stage at a young age and has since trained in voice, dance, and acting, while also learning piano and songwriting. Sophia has appeared in over 15 productions, taken on major roles, and gained behind-the-scenes experience as a director and stage manager. She’s also worked in short films and commercials, and currently serves as President of her high school’s drama club. A Teen Ambassador at the Dr. Phillips Center and recent Florida State Musical Theatre Intensive participant, Sophia is excited to pursue a BFA in Musical Theatre and inspire others through her work.
